Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) is a new technique developed in recent years, which can establish long-term venous access for critically ill children.
Intended Use
2. Patients without peripheral venous access;
3. Patients who need to infuse irritant drugs, such as chemotherapy drugs;
4. Patients who need infusion of hypertonic or viscous liquids, such as parenteral nutrition (PN);
5. Patients requiring repeated blood transfusion or blood products, or repeated blood collection;
6. Patients in family beds.
